​As the Founder and Managing Director of Elev8 Engineering, George brings extensive experience in recruiting for complex MEP Design and Sustainability projects, working with both boutique & multidisciplinary teams across multiple phases of projects, helping businesses secure the right talent to drive their projects forward.

Since launching Elev8 Engineering, George has been dedicated to supporting Engineers & clients in both the UK and the US regions, providing expert recruitment solutions across key sectors, including commercial office developments, education, healthcare, hospitality, industrial, local government, residential, and sports and leisure.

George boasts over 7 years of experience working in Building Services Engineering Recruitment and is very well-networked in the industry.

His approach is built on understanding technical requirements and company culture, ensuring long-term success for both businesses and candidates.

Outside of work, George is massively into his football and is, unfortunately, an avid West Ham supporter.
