Overview:
Founded in 2020, this fast-growing building services consultancy has scaled to 70 people across two UK offices and delivers technically led MEP design on complex projects for S&P 500 clients. With a strong focus on quality, collaboration, and precision, they are now looking for a BIM Technician to support their delivery team in the London office.
You’ll be working on high-profile commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments. This is an opportunity to work closely with experienced engineers, build real coordination skills, and contribute to technically strong, BIM-driven design.
The Role:
- Develop and manage coordinated MEP models using Revit
- Work with mechanical and electrical engineers to translate design intent into accurate models and drawings
- Maintain BIM Execution Plan compliance and ensure model quality throughout the project lifecycle
- Carry out clash detection, resolve coordination issues, and attend design review sessions
- Assist with producing detailed layouts, schematics, and schedules
- Help improve internal standards, templates, and BIM workflows
- Liaise with external consultants and architects to ensure smooth model integration
About You:
- Strong Revit skills, ideally from within an MEP or building services consultancy
- Familiar with AutoCAD and Navisworks for coordination and clash resolution
- Understanding of building services systems including HVAC, lighting, and small power
- Excellent attention to detail and model organisation
- Comfortable working to tight deadlines across multiple live projects
- Good communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach
